Tsholofelo is a 24 year old charismatic African female with a BA in Motion Picture. During her 3 years in the television industry, she has worked as an offline and online video editor for television programs such as Grow Your Own, African Giants and Motswako, as well as sound and video editing for an animation series, Zim Zim.

Tsholofelo worked with Jacques Pauw on some investigative journalism pieces as a video editor and camera woman. She picked up a Gold Panda Award at the Sechuan Film Festival for Best Photography for the documentary; Soul Train.

In addition, she has edited numerous short documentaries, including Scars; a documentary which was broadcast on BBC, and for which she, in collaboration with Julie Van den Berg, picked up an award for Best Sound in a Documentary.

She has done assembly work on 2 reality shows - Jam Sandwich and Imagine Africa, during which time, she gained experience in promos and music videos. Tsholofelo also has experience producing and directing corporate work - experience that has contributed to her becoming a well rounded film maker.

Clients have described Tsholofelo as a sensible, hard working, creative and mature individual. She is driven by her passion and love for the motion picture medium as well as the desire to contribute to the growth and development of the South African film industry.

She was recently invited to the Durban Talent Campus to present her ideas to film experts from all around the globe - her ideas where well received.

Tsholofelo is a story teller, who continues to perfect her film and media projects in my spare time.
