Jaques started his design career in pre press layout and design. His obsession with the principles of light and composition fascinated him and soon began to compliment his work on the edit suite and behind the camera. The experimentation of his craft lead him to working with local and international producers of short films, commercials, corporate media and publications, achieving awards through all of the crafts mentioned.

Jacques broad spectrum of crafts and experiences have allowed him to inject his talent into any project he works on. Jacques has a keen eye for detail, a finely tuned ear for music and strong creative principles. Armed with these tools he aspire to work as an editor for leading creative agencies in the field of Television Adverts & Commercials and for the motion picture industry as an optics & title sequence editor.
