Originally from Kroonstad in the Free State, Werner studied at Pretoria Technicon, where he completed a National Diploma in Video and Film Technology. During his prac, he was given the opportunity to work as a camera operator on the first "Big Brother"!

From there, his passion for the TV industry grew and grew. Werner shot everything from corporate video's, sport, promotional events, weddings, concerts, training video's and much more, but it wasn't long before he felt the pull of the edit suite. He found that his ability to shoot the footage, and complete the final edit was a great advantage on any production.

Werner has been doing that for the past 7 years and loves it! He believes that nothing beats the feeling of a job well done - pouring yourself into a production, and finishing a job with a happy client!
